These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BioStackIQ governing your access to and use of the Platform at biostackiq.com. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using BioStackIQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

BioStackIQ is an information and planning tool only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The protocols, compound recommendations, AI-generated outputs, research articles, community posts, and all other content available on BioStackIQ are provided for informational and educational purposes only. BioStackIQ is not a licensed medical provider, and use of this Platform does not establish a patient-provider relationship of any kind. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement, peptide, hormonal, or pharmaceutical protocol. 01 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BioStackIQ ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules posted on the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BioStackIQ. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Platform and must discontinue access immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to individuals under 18.

1.3 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use and may delete your account.

1.4 Additional Policies

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

02 Nature of the Service and Medical Disclaimer

2.1 Informational Purpose Only

BioStackIQ provides health and wellness information, AI-generated protocol planning tools, research aggregation, and community features related to peptides, hormonal health, NAD+ precursors, longevity compounds, and related subjects. ALL CONTENT ON THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

2.2 Not Medical Advice

NOTHING ON BIOSTACKIQ CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, MEDICAL TREATMENT, OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CONSULTATION. This includes but is not limited to:

AI-generated protocol recommendations and compound stacks
Rate My Stack analysis outputs and scores
Research articles, study summaries, and database content
Community posts, comments, and replies from other users
IQ AI moderator responses and suggestions
Any content generated, curated, or displayed by the Platform

2.3 No Provider Relationship

Use of BioStackIQ does not create a physician-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, a pharmacist-patient relationship, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and BioStackIQ or any of its representatives, employees, or affiliated parties.

2.4 Consult a Healthcare Provider

Before starting any new supplement, peptide, hormonal compound, or health protocol, you should consult with a qualified, licensed healthcare provider who can evaluate your individual health status, medical history, current medications, and personal circumstances. This is especially important for:

Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions
Individuals currently taking prescription medications
Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant
Individuals who have undergone or are planning surgery
Individuals under the age of 18 (who are prohibited from using this Platform)
Individuals with a history of hormone-sensitive conditions

2.5 Nature of Peptides and Compounds

Many compounds discussed on BioStackIQ, including research peptides, are sold legally for research purposes only and may not be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use. BioStackIQ does not encourage, condone, or facilitate the illegal purchase, possession, or use of any controlled substance or unapproved pharmaceutical compound. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of any compound referenced on this Platform.

2.6 Assumption of Risk

By using BioStackIQ, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make regarding your health, diet, supplementation, or use of any compound based on information obtained through the Platform. BioStackIQ expressly disclaims any and all liability for any adverse effects, health consequences, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on any information, recommendation, or content on the Platform.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, and a password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@biostackiq.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. BioStackIQ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may register only one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, suspensions, or other enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

3.4 Account Termination by User

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

04 Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

BioStackIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
Post or transmit unsolicited commercial messages, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
Use any automated means including bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
Harvest or collect personal information about other users without their consent
Use the Platform to promote or sell any product or service without prior written authorization from BioStackIQ
Post medical advice, represent yourself as a licensed healthcare provider, or provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations to other users
Share content that promotes the illegal purchase or use of controlled substances or unapproved pharmaceuticals

4.3 Community Standards

In addition to the prohibited conduct listed above, users participating in the community feed agree to maintain a standard of respectful, evidence-based discussion. Repeated violations of community standards may result in account suspension or permanent ban at the sole discretion of BioStackIQ.

05 AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI Outputs

BioStackIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate protocol recommendations, stack analyses, research summaries, and community moderation responses. These AI-generated outputs are produced automatically based on the data you provide and the information in our compound database. AI outputs are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

5.2 Accuracy Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. BioStackIQ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You should independently verify any information before relying on it, particularly in connection with health and wellness decisions.

5.3 No Liability for AI Outputs

BioStackIQ expressly disclaims liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content. The AI protocol builder and Rate My Stack tool are planning aids, not medical prescriptions. All outputs should be reviewed in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider before implementation.

5.4 Third-Party AI Processing

AI features on BioStackIQ are powered in part by Anthropic's Claude API. De-identified query data may be processed by Anthropic's systems in accordance with Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy. No personally identifying information is transmitted to third-party AI providers without your consent.

06 Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Ownership

BioStackIQ and all of its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by BioStackIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Platform, including community posts, comments, protocol data, and profile information, you grant BioStackIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant BioStackIQ the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

07 Third-Party Content and Affiliate Links

7.1 Research Content

BioStackIQ aggregates research content from third-party sources including PubMed, NIH, ClinicalTrials.gov, and OpenFDA. This content is the property of its respective sources and is provided under applicable fair use and open access provisions. BioStackIQ does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of third-party research content.

7.2 Affiliate Relationships

BioStackIQ participates in affiliate marketing programs with supplement and compound suppliers. Links to third-party vendors on the Platform may be affiliate links, meaning BioStackIQ may receive a commission if you make a purchase through those links. Affiliate relationships do not influence protocol recommendations, which are based solely on published research. Affiliate links are identified where required by applicable advertising disclosure regulations.

7.3 Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site or its content. BioStackIQ has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site.

08 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Provided As-Is

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIOSTACKIQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Warranty of Results

BIOSTACKIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. BIOSTACKIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8.3 Health Outcomes

BIOSTACKIQ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING HEALTH OUTCOMES, RESULTS, OR BENEFITS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE ACHIEVED THROUGH USE OF ANY PROTOCOL, COMPOUND, OR RECOMMENDATION GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS WILL VARY.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIOSTACKIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF BIOSTACKIQ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8.5 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIOSTACKIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

09 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BioStackIQ and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right including any intellectual property right or privacy right; any content you submit to the Platform; or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension and Ban

BioStackIQ reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, violation of our Community Guidelines, or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or its integrity. Suspended users will receive notification at their registered email address. Banned users will be permanently restricted from accessing the Platform.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

10.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may submit an appeal through the contact form at biostackiq.com/contact.html. BioStackIQ will review appeals at its sole discretion and its decision on any appeal is final.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which BioStackIQ is principally operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with BioStackIQ informally by contacting us through the contact page. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

11.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11.4 Exception for Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

12 General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and BioStackIQ regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BioStackIQ.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. BioStackIQ may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

BioStackIQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
